Evaluation

An evaluation will be done to assess your eligibility. The client will be advised on his or her chances to obtain a Permanent Residence Visa to Canada and the most effective way to have the application processed. We will also discuss with you in regards to attending interview outside your home country, should this process expedite time frames. However, it is the applicant's responsibility to obtain a visa to attend the interview outside the home country. We may be able to offer advice as to how to get a visa in your home country. These matters would be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Signing of Agency Agreement

The signing of the authorization agreement means that you have agreed to appoint us as your agent to represent you in your immigration application. "No Success No Fee" guarantee is part of the agreement.
File Presentation

We will present to the immigration office the client's application for immigration with all the necessary documentation and required reports professionally prepared. A copy of the application is available for the client upon request.

Client Representation
We will closely follow-up the client's application at all stages of the procedures and to resolve any difficulties that may arise with the Canadian Visa Office. It is always our top priority to present the authorities with the most complete application to facilitate timely processing. However, it is the discretion of the visa officer to waive your interview after assessing your application. We have received a number of interview waivers for our clients in the past.
Client Consultation and Interview Preparation We will prepare the client for the interview with an interview simulation session and equip the client with all the details necessary for a successful interview. We will tell you what to expect and how you can deal with the situation. We understand that interview is a crucial part of the application and one must be thoroughly prepared. We work with you for your success.
After the Interview If the interview is a success, then you will be given medical examination forms for all your family members, whether or not they are coming with you to Canada. Finally, after background check and medical examination, the Canadian Visa Office will issue the immigrant visas, which are valid for one year from the date of the medicals.
